1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BeaconWrite, an AI-powered SaaS content tool operated by Muhammad Awais. By using the website or product, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must use BeaconWrite in compliance with applicable law.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of any credentials used to access the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use BeaconWrite to violate law, infringe rights, abuse the platform, reverse engineer the service, interfere with infrastructure, or submit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
5. Product Output
The current public website provides product-development information and a waitlist; it does not offer the V2 product for purchase. Any future preview may provide search evidence, recommendations, or AI-assisted material that can contain errors or uncertainty. You remain responsible for reviewing and fact-checking material before use. BeaconWrite does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or other outcomes.
6. Fees and Billing
BeaconWrite is not currently accepting new paid subscriptions, and joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or reserve a price. If paid access opens later, the price, billing interval, included usage, merchant of record, taxes, cancellation terms, and other material terms will be shown before purchase.
7. Refunds
No refund entitlement is created by joining the waitlist. Any existing or future paid purchase is governed by the terms disclosed for that purchase, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
BeaconWrite, its branding, workflows, software, and site content remain the property of the operator or licensors. Except where prohibited by law, no right is granted beyond the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
9. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
BeaconWrite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
