Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Overview
BeaconWrite is operated by Muhammad Awais in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how BeaconWrite collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit the website, join the waitlist, use the product, or communicate with us at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
We may collect your email address, waitlist and feedback responses, preview-application answers, technical information such as IP address and user agent, consent versions, coarse attribution fields, and messages you submit through forms or support channels. Attribution is limited to controlled campaign values, the referring domain, and a path without its query string. It does not record form contents as analytics properties.
An invited product preview may also store your account and project records, the exact read-only Google Search Console property you select, imported Search Console evidence, opportunity records, and bounded product events. BeaconWrite does not ask you to upload Search Console exports or share Google credentials.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate BeaconWrite, deliver the waitlist and onboarding experience, improve the product, prevent abuse, communicate updates, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
We process personal information when necessary to provide requested services, pursue legitimate business interests such as product improvement and fraud prevention, comply with law, or based on consent where required.
5. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share limited information with infrastructure and service providers that help us run BeaconWrite, including hosting, email delivery, and analytics. A merchant of record or payment provider may process billing information for an existing purchase or if paid access opens in the future.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow optional public-site analytics. BeaconWrite does not send raw Search Console queries, page URLs, Search Console metrics, article content, credentials, or private customer information to those services.
A persistent Analytics choices control lets you change that decision. If you stop optional analytics, BeaconWrite clears its locally stored optional attribution and anonymous identifier, signals denial to the analytics providers, and stops sending future optional public-site analytics from that browser. This does not automatically erase records those providers processed before you withdrew consent.
6. Retention
Waitlist and application records are retained while they are needed for the requested preview or updates, unless you withdraw or ask for deletion. For an abandoned external preview, automatic syncing stops after 14 days of inactivity and Google refresh credentials plus imported preview data are scheduled for deletion after 30 days of inactivity, subject to limited security, fraud, legal, and backup-retention needs. Pseudonymous product events enter bounded automated deletion after 180 days; deletion removes account linkage where the law permits. A cleanup backlog can make physical removal occur shortly after that target.
7. Security
BeaconWrite uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, transport encryption, and abuse monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain processing by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Invited users can also disconnect Google and request deletion of imported data, a project, or their account from the product. Optional marketing consent is separate from operational preview communication and can be withdrawn.
9. International Use
BeaconWrite is operated from Pakistan and may use service providers in other jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.
