Editorial and evidence policy

Useful claims need visible evidence and human judgment.

This policy covers BeaconWrite's public guides, product explanations, and customer-zero reports. It does not turn an observation into a guarantee or a draft into finished advice.

Named review

Public educational content identifies its human reviewer. AI may assist research organization or drafting, but it is not listed as the author and does not replace human review.

Primary evidence

Definitions, product behavior, and technical claims should link to primary documentation when it is available. Secondary sources may provide context but should not silently replace the original source.

Clear evidence labels

We distinguish first-party observations, third-party estimates, recommendations, and measured changes. Customer-zero work is product testing, not independent customer validation.

No outcome promises

Search performance depends on factors no tool controls. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, citations, or a fixed time to a result.

Material updates

Time-sensitive guides display an updated date. When a material fact changes, we revise the relevant passage rather than leaving a known error in place.

Corrections

Readers can report a factual or sourcing problem to [email protected]. Confirmed material errors are corrected and the page's modified date is updated.

Ownership and conflicts

BeaconWrite publishes content about the problem its product is being built to solve. Product descriptions are therefore commercial communications as well as educational material. We identify product status, avoid unsupported comparisons, and disclose when a site is a customer-zero project controlled by the founder.
