SEO decisions for solo founders

See what to fix, refresh, create, or leave alone.

BeaconWrite is being built for founders whose site already appears in Google but who still need a plain-language answer to one question: what content action is worth doing next?

Read-only evidence Human approval first

BeaconWrite V2 is in development. Paid access is not open.

A smaller decision queue

Four possible answers—not another wall of charts.

Search Console supplies evidence. BeaconWrite is designed to connect that evidence to the smallest defensible action while keeping the uncertainty visible.

Fix

Make an existing search result clearer

When a relevant page is already visible but earns few clicks, review its title, description, and fit with the search before rewriting the whole page.

Refresh

Improve the page that already serves the need

When the right page exists but its explanation is incomplete, stale, or unclear, strengthen that page instead of creating an overlapping URL.

Create

Write a genuinely distinct page

When a commercially relevant search has no suitable destination, prepare a new page with its own reader job and a reason to exist.

Wait

Protect your time when the evidence is thin

When data is incomplete, low-volume, or poorly matched to the business, preserve the observation and check again later.

The planned workflow

From your own search evidence to a measured follow-up.

  1. 1

Connect one established English-language commercial website with read-only Search Console access.

  2. 2

Choose the exact property you control and confirm that the first-version evidence thresholds are met.

  3. 3

Review a short queue of opportunities with the evidence and limitations shown plainly.

  4. 4

Approve one action and add the product, audience, voice, and claim context it needs.

  5. 5

Review and edit the work before publishing it through your existing website workflow.

  6. 6

Record the final URL and date, then compare fixed Search Console windows later.

Check whether the first version fits your site

  • You run an established English-language commercial website.
  • You control the exact Google Search Console property you want to connect.
  • The property has at least 28 complete days of data and at least 300 impressions in the review window.
  • Your site has at least three eligible indexed URLs.
  • You can publish or meaningfully update content at least twice per month.
  • You can review and edit changes through your current website workflow.
  • You want a smaller next-action queue instead of another broad reporting dashboard.

Not the first-version job

  • A brand-new site with little or no Search Console history.
  • Backlink research, link building, local listings, or a complete technical crawler.
  • Automatic publishing or large quantities of content without human review.
  • Agency, client, white-label, or multi-seat workflows.
  • Medical, legal, or financial advice content.
