1. Current Status
BeaconWrite is not currently accepting new paid subscriptions. Joining the waitlist is free, does not require a card, and does not create a subscription, charge, or refund entitlement.
2. Existing Purchases
If you previously made a paid purchase, its refund and cancellation terms remain the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, together with any rights required by applicable law. Contact [email protected] with the account email and purchase details for help.
3. Future Purchases
If BeaconWrite opens paid access later, the applicable trial, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before checkout. This page does not announce a price or create a public paid offer.
4. Payment Support
For a charge you recognize, email [email protected] before opening a payment dispute when practical. We may direct you to the merchant of record or payment provider when they must process the request.
5. Fraud and Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. We may decline requests involving fraud or abuse where the law permits.
6. Processing
When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment channel where possible. Final timing depends on the merchant of record, payment provider, and financial institution.
